He is patient with the younger Pokemon and has become sort of a leader of sorts rather quickly despite only recently hatching. Even Ravioli carries respect for the lower level, younger Absol.
It is simply how the Absol carries himself. He treats each Pokemon with respect and doesn't demand it in return. They feel compelled only due to the gentle, solemn demeanor presented to them. He has a close bond with Ignis that developed rapidly due to the calm strength he exudes.
